These Terms govern your use of octavelab.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

OCTAVE LAB — a cosmetic brand registered in Spain, formulating and selling topical cosmetic serums.

2. Products

All OCTAVE products are cosmetics as defined in EU Regulation 1223/2009. They are for external use on the skin only. They are not medicines, not food supplements, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

No product on this site is sold as an injectable, sublingual, oral, or implantable substance. We do not supply needles, syringes, reconstitution water, vials of unfinished peptide, or any product intended to be administered other than topically on intact skin.

3. Suitability and patch testing

You confirm that you are over 18, not pregnant or breastfeeding, and that you will perform a 48-hour patch test on the inner forearm before applying any product to the face. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, swelling, itching, or any unusual reaction occurs and consult a doctor if symptoms persist.

4. Orders, prices, payment

Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT for EU consumers. Payment is taken at the moment of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna where available.

5. Delivery and right of withdrawal

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our products or this website shall not exceed the price of the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of the consumer's place of residence within Spain or the EU, as protected by Regulation (EU) 1215/2012.
