Returns policy

OCTAVE LAB accepts returns of unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping is not refunded).

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened, used, or whose factory seal has been broken.

How to return

1. Email hello@octavelab.com with your order number and the SKU you want to return within 30 days of delivery.
2. We send you a return label.
3. Pack the product securely in its original box. Drop the parcel at the carrier's nearest point.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return (3–5 working days), we refund the original payment method.

Damaged on arrival

If any product arrives damaged, send us a photograph of the parcel and the product within 48 hours and we'll replace it at our cost.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Spanish Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (TRLGDCU). Nothing in this policy limits your statutory cooling-off period or your right to a refund for non-conforming goods.
