All orders are dispatched from our European warehouse within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).

• Free standard delivery on all orders over €40
• Standard delivery under €40: €3.95
• Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days across the EU
• You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships

Returns & refunds

We want you to love your VÉYA. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

• Items can be opened and gently tried — we get it, you need to test
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving your return
• To start a return, just reply to your order confirmation email

We're so sorry. Email us a photo and we'll sort a replacement or refund straight away — no need to return it.
