This is the page we'd want to read about any brand we buy from. If you only have thirty seconds, here's the summary: OCTAVE products are EU-registered cosmetics, third-party tested, and made in licensed facilities. We don't sell injectables. We don't make medical claims. We will never ask you for a prescription.

Regulatory framing

EU Regulation 1223/2009. All OCTAVE products are notified through the CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal) before they go on sale, with a Product Information File on record for each SKU.
Responsible Person. An EU-based Responsible Person is named on every product label and is the legal contact for any safety concern.
Safety Assessment. Every formula is reviewed by an independent CPSR (Cosmetic Product Safety Report) author with a toxicology qualification, prior to first batch release.
Spanish national agency. AEMPS supervises the cosmetic market in Spain. We comply with their reporting requirements and are open to their inspection.

What we are not

OCTAVE LAB is not a pharmacy. We do not formulate, dispense, or ship medicines, injectables, or prescription substances. We do not employ medical staff. We do not provide medical advice. If a peptide product needs a doctor to prescribe it, it is not from us.

Sustainability commitments

Amber glass, no plastic. Every primary bottle is glass. Caps are matte black, partly recycled.
Refills coming Q4 2026. Send your empty bottle back in the postage-paid envelope we include with every shipment; we send you a refill at –20%.
Shipped from Europe. Orders ship from a Spanish fulfillment center. No transatlantic flights for inventory.
FSC-certified packaging. Outer boxes and printed inserts are FSC-certified, soy ink.
Carbon offset. Every shipment is offset through a verified gold-standard reforestation project. Receipt linked on the order confirmation email.

Animal welfare

OCTAVE LAB is vegan and cruelty-free. No animal-derived ingredients. No animal testing at any stage — formulation, production, finished-product validation. We test on adult volunteers, never on animals.
